Before Brigaid, I worked in fine dining kitchens, like Canlis Restaurant and Momofuku Ko. Eventually, I operated a wood-fired pizza party concept in Brooklyn.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I chose to work for Brigaid to utilize the skills I developed in high-end settings and do my part to give more people access to delicious and thoughtful food.
