Working With Us

  • It takes time to help institutions make sustainable impact on their foodservice programs. In our work, we’ve found that partnerships lasting three years or longer generally experience the most significant and robust changes. However, because all programs are unique, we’re open to varying durations, so long as they are at least one year.

  • Absolutely! We meet programs where they are, regardless of the size or set up of their kitchen(s).

  • No problem! We work with programs doing all types of cooking. Whether you are looking to implement more scratch cooking into your program or improve your current operations, we’re here to help.

  • Yes! We’re open to partnering anywhere.

  • Great questions! Adding a new person to your team can certainly be an adjustment. However, our chefs pride themselves on being attentive teachers and supportive mentors. They strive to seamlessly integrate into existing teams and ensure everyone is comfortable and set up for success.

  • We appreciate your interest! Although we’re very excited to expand our work, we refrain from initiating new partnerships. Instead, we wait for a member of an institution’s leadership team or a local official to contact us. In our experience, this approach fosters the strongest and most impactful partnerships. If someone from your institution’s leadership team has a question for us or would like more information about our services, please let us know. We would be happy to speak with them!
