Since 2016, our Brigaid of chefs has been working to transform the way students eat. Our goal is to empower schools to serve real, wholesome food, cooked with care and passion.
We partner with school districts to provide a standard training program for their existing staff that covers safety, sanitation, efficiency and basic cooking skills to ultimately add scratch recipes to their menu.
Given the time, cost and nutritional constraints faced by school food service programs, it should come as no surprise that schools have gradually lost their ability to cook. We believe that students deserve real food, cooked with care and we want to provide schools with the tools they need to get cooking again.
