Before Brigaid, I was a Chef de Cuisine overseeing a café and catering program, along with leading culinary instruction and private events.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I chose to work for Brigaid because I’m passionate about making school food something kids actually look forward to — meals that feel thoughtful, flavorful, and made just for them.
