What were you doing before Brigaid?

Before Brigaid, I worked many different jobs, such as being a sushi roller, grill and pasta cook. That led me to further my education at the Culinary Institute of America. There I found my passion for cooking with local food and wanting to make a greater change in the American food system.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I chose to work for Brigaid because I wanted to cook for the people who need it most, the kids! I also wanted to be a part of changing the American food system for the better and I believe institutional cooking is a great avenue for that.
