Before joining Brigaid, I was working as a foodservice director while completing my culinary diploma at the Institute of Culinary Education.

Why did you choose to work for Brigaid?

I chose Brigaid because I’m passionate about bringing scratch cooking and fresh ideas into school kitchens. The chance to work alongside school foodservice teams, inspire creativity, and help serve meals that students genuinely enjoy felt like the perfect way to combine my love of cooking, teaching, and community.
